Summary	0000291: OpenSim-SC standard time.
Description	The 'grid time' on CG and IG are one hour apart. Neither of those times make any sense to me. We should develop an OpenSim Standard Time, which may or may not happen to be the same as SLT (if it was, this would make for much easier event organisation across the HG).
