Summary	0000100: Remove the "use it or loose it" group thingy.
Description	Newly created groups get one week to add members, if it's only got the group creator after a week, the group gets disabled, and no one can use that group in the future. Single user groups are good for custom group titles. At least that's what the popup says, the one's I try don't seem to have that problem. Check it anyway.
Additional Information	Also has "That'll cost 0, do you really want to spend 0 creating this group? Hopefully can get rid of that to.

Groups need more than one member, or they are deleted forever. Please invite members within 48 hours." FireShitStorm - has a "Create group for v 0" button. At the bottom of the group creation dialog - "Note: After 7 days, a group with no members (other than the creator) is deleted!" No secondary popup though.
