Simple attempt to make avatars better shaped.
Replace parameter 'avatarCapsuleRadius' with 'avatarCapsuleWidth'
and 'avatarCapsuleDepth'.
More tweeking to avatar height calculation. A little better but
short avatar's feet are above the terrain and tall avatar's feet
are a little below the ground.
