* Committing stub VW-over-HTTP ClientStack. (1/2)
* Nonfunctional, but eventually form a AJAX-accessible client protocol - for clients written in environments which only allow HTTP (eg HTML, Silverlight, Flash, etc). Designed for super-lightweight clients.
