ODEPlugin
* Added osSetPrimFloatOnWater(BOOL) to make Physical prim float at the water level.
* osSetPrimFloatOnWater(TRUE); or osSetPrimFloatOnWater(FALSE);
* By default, prim do not float at the water level.
* More work is needed on the floating, but it's a start.
