Add shift operator overloads to LSLInteger. If you get error messages when
using << and >> in scripts, this will fix it.
rm bin/*.dll ; rm bin/ScriptEngines/*.dll ; rm bin/ScriptEngines/*/*.dll
then rebuild and reinstall
