Basically, everything that was using the AssetType enum has been combed through; many of those uses were changed to the new FolderType enum. This means that from now on, [new] root folders have code 8 (FolderType.Root), as the viewers expect, as opposed to 9, which was what we had been doing. Normal folders are as they were, -1. Also now sending folder code 100 for Suitcase folders to viewers, with no filter. All tests pass, but fingers crossed!

* Remove unnecessary ability to directly set InventoryItemBase.CreatorIdAsUuidJustin Clark-Casey (justincc)2012-11-171-17/+5
| | | | | This was necessary historically but hasn't been for many years. Can still get CreatorIdAsUuid, which is really just a UUID cached version of the string CreatorId

| | | | | | | | | * unfortunately, while the client requires uuids and we want to be able to have arbitrary string ids, these cannot be kept in sync * I think the problems last time were due to a serialization change * So the major inteface version has been bumped to take care of any lingering issues here. * This means that region servers beyond this revision can only connect to similarly uptodate grid services, and vice versa

| | | | | | | * Automatic properties are only supported after .Net 2.0, causing these to fail when building via nant on Windows (and probably visual c# 2005 too) * Hopefully these can be used once building support in Visual C# 2005 is dropped.

No older regions can connect to these new UGAIM, and the new regions can't connect to the old UGAIM. Fixes a long-standing issue of permissions loss Currently persisted on MySQL only.

(older regions should be able to still be used, just the user won't have inventory on them). Also and HERE IS THE BIG BREAK ISSUE, currently, so that the initial inventory details for a user are added to the inventory db , you need to recreate the accounts using the user server "create user" feature. It should be quite easy to manual populate the inventory database instead but I someone else will need to look into that) Also I've only tested using SQLite as the database provider, there is a Mysql inventory provider but I don't know if it works (SQLite is set as default, so you will need to change it in the inventory server config.xml)
