notYetAnotherWiki uses [lcmark](https://github.com/jgm/lcmark) to parse [CommonMark](https://commonmark.org/) into HTML. You can probably install it using luarocks.
Copy the notYetAnotherWiki.lua script to some place where you can run it from, /usr/local/bin is good. Make sure it is executable.
