Summary	0000104: InternalAddress and ExternalHostName are duplicated in each ThisSim.ini.
Description	Could move them to config.ini. Also do something similar with AllowAlternatePorts (is that even needed anymore), ResolveAddress (ditto), and maybe SizeZ.
