Subject: For now, supress 'OH NOES' warnings given by
 HGInventoryBroker.CacheInventoryServiceURL when it tries to cache it for an
 NPC

This concept is meaningless for NPCs.  However, it might be better to make NPCism an actual property on ScenePresence and check.
