Subject: Moved all HG1 operations to HGGridConnector.cs and
 HypergridServerConnector.cs/HypergridServiceConnector.cs, away from
 Region.Communications and HGNetworkServersInfo. Fixed small bugs with
 hyperlinked regions' map positions.
