NOTHING has been deleted or moved off to forge at this point. what
has happened is that OpenSim.Region.Environment.Modules has been split
in two:
- OpenSim.Region.CoreModules: all those modules that are either
directly or indirectly referenced from other OpenSim packages, or
that provide functionality that the OpenSim developer community
considers core functionality:

OpenSim.Region.Environment into a "framework" part and a modules only
part. This first changeset refactors OpenSim.Region.Environment.Scenes,
OpenSim.Region.Environment.Interfaces, and OpenSim.Region.Interfaces
into OpenSim.Region.Framework.{Interfaces,Scenes} leaving only region
modules in OpenSim.Region.Environment.
The next step will be to move region modules up from
OpenSim.Region.Environment.Modules to OpenSim.Region.CoreModules and
then sort out which modules are really core modules and which should
move out to forge.
I've been very careful to NOT BREAK anything. i hope i've
succeeded. as this is the work of a whole week i hope i managed to
keep track with the applied patches of the last week --- could any of
you that did check in stuff have a look at whether it survived? thx!

Terrain revert using the PaintBrushes appears to work OK,
however when using 'apply to selection' the RevertArea
FloodEffect calculates the revert height incorrectly
unless the strength passed in from the viewer is 1.0
Attaching a patch to correctly reset the selected area
to the heights in the revertmap.

* Fixed a bug with Terragen loader where it would do bad things on a non 256x256 sized terrain. Now loads the array correctly.
* Moved MapImageModule.cs to Modules/World/WorldMap
* Changed Location.RegionHandle to use Helpers.GetUlong instead of doing it ourselves.

* Introduced uint as field type
* Removed what should be superfluous Guid handling
* Introduced stub MySQLDataReader if we need to fix the Guid handling anyway
|
|
|
|
* Added the new mapper to the mapper factory
* Made choice of mapper configurable
* This means, in hteory, that we can persist avatar appearance on MSSQL as well
|
|
MySQLDatabaseMapper could be removed from Region.Environment.
Added a using OpenSim.Framework.Data statement to MySQLDatabaseMapper , to try to fix the build problem that has been reported on the mailing list.

Framework.Data.Base
We REALLY need to get the db layer sorted soon...

mode (with accounts_authenticate set to true), it also only currently has a mysql database connector. (sqlite one will follow soon). It also uses the tribalmedia database system, so this needs checking to see if the old problems with mono have been fixed.
To use, see the appearance section in opensim.ini.example, set "persist = true", then add the correct connection string for your database.(see mysql-AvatarAppearance.sql in share folder for a example of the table mysql table structure).
This could possible be used in a very small grid, but would mean each region server would need to connect to the same mysql database.
But the work to move the code to one of the grid servers shouldn't be too much.

* This should resolve the current build problem

for now. It doesn't build on new mono at the moment, and
isn't currently used. Please make sure this functions on
mono 1.2.6 prior to adding it back in for the main tree.

to support LLVector3, LLQuaternion and LLUUID
* Added PrimitiveBaseShapeTableMapper to show how it's done
NOTE: Nothing actually works yet - this code should be considered more of educational value until it's all wired together
