This involves making BaseStreamHandler and BaseOutputStream record the ints, which means inheritors should subclass ProcessRequest() instead of Handle() However, existing inheriting classes overriding Handle() will still work, albeit without stats recording. "show caps" becomes "show caps list" to disambiguate between show caps commands
