* Remapped the Connection shutdown path.
* This fixes a *bunch* of Mantis bugs related to the following
* -- Neighbouring simulators not appearing after relog
* -- Login to simulator only to be logged off by simulator.
* -- ThreadAbort
* -- Unable to shutdown circuitCode: x
