* Extracted default wearables (good to have)
* Deleted unused BaseServer
* Used IWorld instead of World wherever possible
* The client constructor's not getting unused port any longer.
* Extracted ClientView factoring so PacketServer can be tweaked.

* Made WorldBase abstract and cleaned it up a bit
