From 5f1fa0d3d766d600421321889d49ab9a2f254ed6 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dahlia Trimble Date: Sun, 19 Apr 2009 01:21:38 +0000 Subject: Added a "force_simple_prim_meshing" option to the ODE settings in OpenSim.ini which will use meshes for collisions with simple prim shapes rather than internal ODE algorithms. This may help with Mantis #2905 and Mantis #3487 for those experimenting with capsule settings. Note that this will increase memory usage and region startup time. --- bin/OpenSim.ini.example | 10 ++++++++++ 1 file changed, 10 insertions(+) (limited to 'bin/OpenSim.ini.example') diff --git a/bin/OpenSim.ini.example b/bin/OpenSim.ini.example index 27aa5e0..8612875 100644 --- a/bin/OpenSim.ini.example +++ b/bin/OpenSim.ini.example @@ -569,6 +569,16 @@ ; (see NINJA Physics documentation, http://opensimulator.org/wiki/NINJA_Physics) ; default is false ;use_NINJA_physics_joints = true + + ; ## + ; ## additional meshing options + ; ## + + ; physical collision mesh proxies are normally created for complex prim shapes, and collisions for simple boxes and + ; spheres are computed algorithmically.
