Subject: Mantis#2730. Thank you kindly, StrawberryFride for a patch that:
 MSSQL Fix to accommodate random ParentIDs. uint values now cleanly converted
 to ints and vice versa to hopefully prevent outofrange exceptions on prim
 storage.
