Subject: remove nonsense SendPeriodicAppearanceUpdates. if we need such a
thing, then a lot is broken. Remove duplicated CleanTempObjects() call,
rename BackupWaitCallback thread as BackupWorker ( still didn't found cause
for mantis 8783)
