This only has impact on micro-threading switching, and this only happens on long events and only every 60ms, aditionally we do remove a totally extra set of threads (that could grow in a uncontroled way on win) and their hanshake with main ones. This may of course be even more broken now :P

	And our Melanie. *DANGER* *TESTONLY* *disable HG* dont leave running when not looking... tp/crossing to Xengine will reset scripts. i do see a few issues but should be testable, so we can decide if we should invest more on it.
