This was beause the code was finding the script DLL compiled for the source region as everything is in the same appdomain and using this as the location for the destination script state, etc. This resolves the regression by passing the proper destination separately from the DLL retrieved. Probably a regression since commit d7b92604 (11 July 2014). Added regression test for this case. At least partly addresses http://opensimulator.org/mantis/view.php?id=7278

We have to do this since we can't unload existing DLLs if they're all in the same AppDomain. But we can still update the underlying DLL which will be used in the next simulator session.

* Allow XEngine StartDelay to be configured in the [XEngine] config section.Justin Clark-Casey (justincc)2012-07-111-0/+1
| | | | | This is only currently meant for use by regression tests that don't have any issues if XEngine is started up quickly, since no other operations will be occuring simultaneously. Therefore, this is not yet documented externally.

This involves a large amount of change in test scene setup code to allow test scenes to share shared modules SetupScene is now an instance method that requires an instantiation of SceneHelpers, though other SceneHelpers methods are still static May split these out into separate classes in the future.

The Path.GetDirectoryName call in Compiler.CompileFromDotNetText is unnecessary since AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory is always a directory. Later path concatenation is already done by Path.Combine() which handles any trailing slash. Removing Path.GetDirectoryName() will not affect the runtime but allows NUnit to work since it doesn't add a trailing slash to AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory.
