* Adding EntityManager.cs
* Not referenced anywhere yet.
* Designed to replace Dictionary<UUID,EntityBase> within SceneGraph.Entities
* Allows indexed access and better handling of locks.
* Someone needs to implement IEnumerable on this before we can switch it over.
