* Changed the misc. methods calling ThreadPool.UnsafeQueueUserWorkItem() to Util.FireAndForget()
* Changed Util.FireAndForget() to use any of five different methods set with async_call_method in the [Startup] section of OpenSim.ini. Look at the example config for possible values
