Kan-Ed fix series.
XEngine: Change a number of methods to use the new link part method.
Fix ALL_SIDES for llSetColor, llSetTexture, llSetAlpha, llSetPrimitiveParams,
llGetPrimitiveParams(PRIM_TEXTURE, PRIM_COLOR).
