* Removed ClientThreads from avatar
* Deleted SimpleApp2 as it's getting wonkier and wonkier by the minute
* Added avatar handling to SimpleApp, still don't have any avatar out on the playing field
* Removed some warnings
* Went from IWorld to Scene
*
