* Extracted ClientView factoring so PacketServer can be tweaked.

* Made WorldBase abstract and cleaned it up a bit
* added OpenGrid.Framework.Communications.dll.build and OpenSim.World.dll.build to svn
* Added code for two examples (but not in prebuild yet)
