For SynBot - Time Converter 🔼

Basically a new feature where a user can put in a time in SLT (California Pacific USA time) and it will auto convert to several different times and display those times.  Such as : New York , London, Sydney, Brisbane, Paris, Honolulu, Tokyo, etc.   so something like:

//time 5pm (SLT)

New York 2pm London blah blah etc.
